Functional Pottery

I have been making functional pottery since I began in clay. These pots are all handmade of stoneware clay, fired to cone 10 (2300 degrees) in a reduction atmosphere. Everything is food safe and is suitable for the oven. All pieces are available in all glaze patterns. Sizes are approximate and may vary.

Because of the variations inherent in handmade, high fired, stoneware pottery, each piece becomes unique. A pitcher for milk, a casserole for the oven, dinnerware for the table-all handmade, all unique-such things intended for daily use can enhance our lives. It is with this spirit that I present this functional pottery.
